1. Cancellation Terms
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in advance according to the following conditions:
• Cancellation more than 30 days before check-in: You will receive a full 100% refund
• Cancellation 15-29 days before check-in: You will receive a 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: No refund available
2. Refund Process
To cancel your reservation, please contact us via email or LINE with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation. Our team will process your refund within 15-30 business days after confirming the cancellation.
3. Force Majeure
In the event that the hotel cannot provide services due to force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters or events beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule your stay at no additional cost.
4. Exceptions
Special promotions, discounted packages, or bookings during peak seasons may have different refund conditions. Please review the terms before making your reservation.
