Terms and Conditions
1. General Agreement
This agreement is between the Customer and the Company. Using our services implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Rules of Stay
Check-in 14:00, Check-out 12:00. No Smoking (Fine THB 2,000). No Pets. Guests are liable for property damage.
3. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for personal lost items or Force Majeure events (natural disasters, flight delays).
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
